clavical:- Watching from the sidelines last night at the Crankiest Cobras was a hoot...I have not see so many legs up since
the preverbial wedding night. SB and Woody a stand out for
slips slides and clangers, strange because you would have
thought with their bulk they would have pushed the water
away? Oh well lucky they had the girls and Pratty, the oldest bloke on the park to show form how it was done.
Great to watch and a good chance I will have a go next time.
Hoody spoke well last night at the club and I look forward
to a pre season with the seniour players one the bloody pool
is finished.

SB:- The touch footy side...the Crankiest Cobras remain undefeated on the top of the ladder. With only two games to go before finals, a win next week assures us of a place in the GF!!!!
Some pretty funny moments last night. With the rain starting to fall, so did we. Lots of laughs from the sidelines...but a win is a win is a win...so I say...get stuffed.
Go you Cranky Cobras!

Dr Nick:- Gav...I suspect the comment below wasn't actually Matt...just an inkling. I think you will make a fine cheese maker, a little like that time in your late teens after that girl...um... Loretta, I think her name was. Although, I must admit, I had never seen cheese coming out of that particular orifice before. Spirits are good, but a good dose of penecillin may be better...why not have the spirits before the injection?

El Presidente:- Hello all, just to get a little official here. We at the Supers would like to congratulate Mark Hood on his appointment as Senior Coach for the BHNFC. Mark takes over from Armie after about 7 years at the helm. Armie has done a wonderful job at the club and has always been a fantastic supporter of the Supers...we thank him greatly and hope that he is not lost to the club.
Hoody is having a "Meet the Coach" Night at the clubrroms, next Wednesday, 19th November, at 8.30 pm. Hoody will lay out his vision for the club and players and supporters will be able to ask him questions about his proposed direction for the club...this includes us.
I would encourage you all to get along if possible, have a beer and listen to a pretty impressive bloke. Hoody also intimated that the number of Supers that attend will have a bearing on his decision to play a few games with us next year.
Get on down. More details on the Seniors website...http://www.boxhillnorthfc.com.au/

jt40:- G'day SB.
My initial (and only) conversation with Rick (the owner) did not involve specific numbers; I gave him a range of 45-60 people, and he said that was ok, as long as someone contacted him on the Friday with a more accurate idea. He seemed quite flexible; talk to him on Friday ( unless Woodsy sorted it all out, when he paid the deposit...)

Urban:- Given that we are all becoming age enriched thaough I would send this Quick Check for Alzheimer's
The following was developed as a mental age assessment by the School of Psychiatry at Harvard University
Take your time and see if you can read each line aloud without a mistake.
The average person over 40 years of age cannot do it!
1. This is this cat.
2. This is is cat.
3. This is how cat..
4. This is to cat.
5. This is keep cat.
6. This is an cat.
7. This is old cat.
8. This is fart cat.
9. This is busy cat.
10. This is for cat.
11. This is forty cat.
12. This is seconds cat.
Now go back and read the ( third ) word in each line from the top down

jt40:- Rest easy " too much football? " - I don't sleep in my jumper, nor do I use it as a security blanket; I had an inkling the Ressies may be wearing them this weekend, so I tossed it in the car. I'm thinking I may even have a run with the Young Bulls this eve, just to add a little encouragement. Come down tonight, bring the mighty Brown & Gold Supers jumper with you, and hand it to one of the boys...

Hope all's well in the Wild West. Two things; JT won f@#k-all in the raffle - it was all Mr. Woods ( it's true - money follows money...). Secondly, I for one would love to see you on the Coast if you can make it; - does that Flouro Pink shirt with the matching Flouro Lime shorts still fit? The Gold Coast would be a richer place for seeing that outfit again... Stay Happy & well.

Keithy, well done on all the photos this year... Sb, Woody, Joffa what can I say, without you guys this would not be the on going success that it is..I hope next year the players can put in the hard work required to repay you all with some wins and restore some faith in that what we are all trying to achieve is well worth the battle.
