ZoneRes35s Fixture Change - Late notice but all things can be fixed in some way. On Monday after a lot of head counting etc. and deliberation Eastern Warriors informed the League about the withdrawal of their second Reserves side.
It has taken quite a while for our number crunchers to come up with the best and fairest draw possible. Due to the fact it was an unbalanced draw in the first place and not all sides are affected by a BYE now.
There are a few conditions that have to be in place to get things on an even keel.
All Clubs will play 8 games for points.

Round 4 Frankston Tiger Sharks v Eastern Warriors NOT-FOR-POINTS
Round 5 Bayside Saints v Mordialloc NOT-FOR-POINTS
NOTE: Change of opponents in R2 &7

DEFIBRILLATORS - NOW EASIER for your Club to get a Defibrillator With DEFIBFORLIFE
AFL Masters Vic Metro are supporting the drive to put a defibrillator in every football club in Victoria, as well as supply simple, face to face training on the use of the defibrillator in an emergency situation.DEFIB INITIATIVE
WHY DO WE NEED A DEFIB?
It is all well explained with examples at at  | VicMetro Defibs since 2009
AFL Masters VicMetro Superules initiated a program in 2009 and purchased 19 defibs for Clubs that were interested, who paid back the money over 1, 2 or 3 years.
2 Clubs purchased TWO - one for the junior aspect of their Club and one for the Seniors plus.
Metro have actively promoted the Defib program in all our Clubs and have set up an alliance with ‘Defib you Club for Life’.
We have pushed this Nationally and 2 more State bodies of AFL Masters are purchasing Defibs.
Locally the initiative is proceding to completion.
4 Southern Clubs have a Mini Carnival in March to raise funds for defibrillators.
Essendon Supers are applying to St. John’s for a defib and have media shoots this Monday to promote the cause.
Williamstown have also expressed interest in purchasing their own Defib this year.
AFL Masters will make Clubs having Defibs MANDATORY by 2013.
AFL Masters Vic Country purchased Defibs for all their Clubs this year. The League paid half and each Club paid half.

2012 HOME GAME DATES - It's been a long road with a couple of divisions in a fluid state, but things are settling down and at least clubs' home game dates wont change.

Premier Division Fixture 2012 - Draft of Premier Division 2012 Fixture.
Clubs play the reverse of last year's draw, though shuffled a bit to fit in with Williamstown's and New Club Werribee's VFL and TAC commitments.
Premier Reserve Fixture is the same (Marcellin=Brunswick)
Over-47s Fixture will be very similar: all possible triple-headers are included.
OTHER FIXTURES are very near finalization - just confirming ground availablity and configuration of divisions wrt Zone and Age
