Carnival Training 23 June - Hi all The first carnival training session will be on Sunday 23rd June, 10.00am at Melbourne Supers ground.
All players must fill out a registration form for this carnival (see attached), if they intend to play.

Asian Masters Tour Report1 - Going on most cylinders.
Despite a bit of Bangkok belly, all went well in Bangkok and we are enjoying the trip.
Close game with the Thai Tigers but the younger Tigers held together for a narrow win.
Two hammies but 3 new young fresh players arrived in Hong Kong and we are ready to go.
Am I able to apply for reimbursement for any fines on tour??? I got fined for getting sick (got told to buy some cement and harden up)
and still got fined for the bus trip to Malacca on the last tour …. 100 Baht a pop .. (AUD $3).
If I keep getting fined at the same rate I won't be able to afford to attend another tour.
Not enough room to swing a cat in the hotel rooms in Hong Kong.
Went Shopping yesterday to Shenzhen (as Coff would say... we bought good crap, bad crap and more crap) and everyone enjoyed the experience.
Many went to Disneyland and had a great time with their kids. Family are off touring today and going on the cable car to the top of the peak at Hong Kong Island...
I'm washing my hair and therefore was unavailable.
Off to Happy Valley races tonight to see the mad Asian punters.
Game tomorrow night against the Hong Kong Dragons on a synthetic rugby ground...
Coach Fletch has decreed that the team has to toughen up so he's bought everyone slip on tattoo sleeves to wear during the game.... yeh, that will intimidate the opposition.
Should report from Vietnam on Friday, before the game against the Swans at RMIT on Saturday.

For those not going to Bali or the Asian trip. Yes there's BAROOGA,
We have the ground to ourselves on Sat 8th and Vic Country have a good contingent, so we need to fill 2 teams - o35/40s and o45/50/55s
If you are interested, and not yet sure of availability, please let us know and indicate that on the MAFV.COM/Barooga sign-up page so we can get a hazy idea of requirements.
We realise it's tough to commit, with playing for points and only the two weeks between R5 and R6, but Vic Country have further to travel and it would be a great help to give them proper notice of how many will play.

UMPIRES ROUND - In 2013 the 'Umpiring is Everyone's Business' round will be conducted across the weekend of 4th and 5th May and all leagues are invited to actively participate in promoting the role of umpiring.
At a minimum it would be expected that at all matches within community football leagues in Victoria the coaches and umpires would shake hands prior to the game out on the ground and players and umpires shake hands at the conclusion of the match.
